My last meal of today. Figured I’d make it in a different post.
1 scoop chocolate casein protein
1/4 c almond milk
1/4 c egg whites
1 tbs whole wheat flour
1 tbs cocoa powder (I used dark chocolate)
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix ingredients in a mug and cook for 30 second increments until done. Mine took about 1:30.
Top with fruit, almond butter, pb2, dark chocolate chips, nuts, coconut… Whatever you want! As long as its fairly clean.
I actually halved this recipe tonight because I wasn’t too hungry, that’s why my brownie looks so tiny! It was very filling still topped with a scoop of almond butter.
Casein is ideal before bedtime because it takes a while to digest. You won’t feel as hungry when you wake up!
